The general terms and conditions of sale described below are intended to govern all contractual relations between SARL BiO 2i with a capital of 10 000 euros (whose head office is located at 5 rue du Marais du Leu, 59273 Fretin) and customers wishing to place an order on the site "".

The fact, for any customer, to place an order on the site "" or by mail, fax, mail implies its acceptance without reserve of these general conditions of sale.

The customer confirms unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when he ticks the "I accept" box when placing the order or signs the quotation or order form. Orders are only definitive when they have been confirmed in writing by SARL BiO 2i or by order confirmation e-mail. Accepted orders shall constitute firm and definitive promises to purchase. The Buyer may neither cancel them nor refuse delivery, failing which he shall be liable to pay an indemnity fixed at 50% of the amount of the order before tax. Special conditions for certain products or services may be added to these general terms and conditions. They are then specified during the presentation of the article. 

Our services are reserved for persons legally capable of entering into contracts under French law. The customer must meet these conditions in order to use this service. If a condition is not met, it will be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the sales sector.

Litigation and jurisdiction clause. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law in their entirety.

All disputes relating to the commercial relationship between the customer and BiO 2i "" are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought beforehand. The search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the contractual guarantee but interrupts the time limits for action from which the customer benefits.

The responsibility of SARL BiO 2i "" cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of all or part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer.

SARL BiO 2i "" cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure recognized as such by jurisprudence.

SARL BiO 2i " " can in this case exonerate itself from all or part of its responsibility by bringing the proof of the inexecution or the bad execution of the present General Conditions of Sale.

Failing this, only the Courts of Valenciennes will be competent, which is expressly accepted by the Buyer.


The photos and descriptions of the products presented on this site are intended to be as realistic as possible with a staging including characters and accessories for a better understanding of the customer. However the possible accessories of the main product offered for sale are not included in the delivery unless this is specified in the detailed description.

An order number is assigned to the customer for each order.

Acceptance of the order will only be effective when the customer's payment is validated in full by the bank confirming his solvency. Upon receipt or acceptance of the payment, the procedure for preparing and then shipping the order will be launched. In case of refusal by the banking organization or by BiO 2i " ", the order will be cancelled and the customer will be informed by e-mail. In addition, BiO 2i "" reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Items are offered within the limits of available stocks or availability from suppliers. In the absence of availability of the article, BiO 2i "" undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and by any means at his disposal.


The prices indicated inclusive of all taxes are for private individuals. The prices indicated without VAT (excluding taxes) are intended for companies or communities. The prices in volume for certain articles are proposed to the customer to make him benefit from price advantages granted to BiO 2i "" by its suppliers in the event of grouped purchase of certain articles. We are not in a position to make a tax-free offer for customers outside the European Community. The mention "Delivered Price" means that the price displayed includes the value of the goods plus the "Cost of Delivery". Delivery costs are therefore never free of charge and the customer can consult them in the "Delivery Methods and Product Return" section. 

Prices can be changed at any time by BiO 2i"". The price indicated and recorded at the time of the order is the contract price. An invoice can be printed in the "Your account" section. It is recommended that the customer keeps this invoice, which serves as a guarantee if necessary. The prices of the products include the cost of disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with the regulations in force.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

The site "" indicates sales prices that systematically include the price of the product plus, the costs of preparing the order, plus its specific packaging, plus delivery costs and insurance that guarantees the correct routing of the order to the customer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories and possible instructions as well as the return form completed and signed, which has been previously communicated by BiO 2i "" to the customer at the time of his withdrawal.

Items can only be taken back if they are complete, unused and perfectly clean.

Payment-Securing settlement transactions

The acceptance of the order will be effective only when the payment of the customer will be validated by the banking organization confirming his solvency.

To pay for his order, the customer can make his payment by different methods of payment including credit card. The information relating to the payment is only known by the computers of our bank "BNPPARIBAS" or banking organization. All data entered is immediately encrypted.

At no time can BiO 2i "" or a person on the web be able to see the customer's card number.

The order will be validated upon receipt of the check(s) and verification of the customer's creditworthiness.

Delivery terms

The delivery of orders can only be made in metropolitan France. Only places accessible by road are deliverable. Islands are excluded, except those connected to the mainland by road. For all other destinations, the customer must consult us to establish an estimate.

At the time of the order, the customer is required to provide all the information necessary for delivery: address, access code and the telephone number at which he can be reached during the day to make an appointment with the carrier. The customer undertakes, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods at the address he indicated when placing the order. At the time of delivery, the customer or the recipient of the products will have to prove his identity.

No handling and installation operations will be carried out by the carrier. The customer is responsible for the collection, storage and installation of the products at his home. Only the carrier is entitled to decide on the most suitable place for unloading. It is specified that the delivery will be carried out within the property limit. No unloading in height can be carried out (on a slab for example). In the event that the actual configuration of the place of delivery would physically prevent the unloading of the goods, the carrier reserves the right to cancel the delivery. In the event of impossibility to deliver the customer by his own fault (failure to make a delivery appointment, failure to collect the parcel after a delivery notice, etc.), the customer must still contribute to the cost of the return, even if the customer requests cancellation or reimbursement of his order. The return costs are deducted from the refund of the article on the basis of the tariff elements applied by the carrier. If the customer wishes a new delivery, the participation in the delivery costs will have to be paid again by the customer beforehand on the basis of the tariff indicated by BiO 2i


Delivery time

Delivery times are always given as an indication. They can be extended in particular in the event of delays on the part of BiO 2i suppliers, strikes, supply or transport difficulties beyond the control of BiO 2i and in all cases of force majeure. The delivery of the products ordered shall be made by making the products available to a carrier appointed by BiO 2i. Delays in delivery may not lead to cancellation of orders, refusal or return of products or to claims for damages or penalties of any kind.

The carrier delivers the order to the customer within the time period indicated on the confirmation email that the customer receives after confirmation that the manufacturer or importer has taken charge of the order.

The delivery time is indicated on the description sheet of each product. "Delivery time" means that the order will be delivered within ''x'' weeks from the date of validation of the order by our services.

Our delivery time indication takes effect at the time of ordering. In some cases, delivery may take place before the date indicated without "" being held responsible for it.

BiO 2i "" cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any event beyond its control such as a case of force majeure.

BiO 2i "" makes every effort to ensure that the products ordered are delivered to the customer's premises on time. In the event of an extension of the BiO 2i "" delivery time, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

If the delivery date is exceeded by more than 30 (thirty) days in relation to the agreed deadline and if this is not due to force majeure, the customer may terminate the contract of sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address BiO 2i - ""

The sale will then be considered as cancelled unless the shipping procedure or delivery has taken place before receipt of the registered letter requesting cancellation. In case of cancellation for exceeding the delivery date, the customer will be refunded the amount of his order within 14 working days following the receipt of his mail.

Commodity compliance

The customer undertakes to sign the delivery receipt presented by the carrier, after having checked the contents of the package(s) in the presence of the carrier.

The customer acknowledges, by signing the transport voucher, that he has received the goods in a state that gives him complete satisfaction, except for specific reservations indicated on the transport voucher. Consequently, any complaint related to the state of the delivered products cannot be received except for the elements related to the guarantee or concerning a nonconformity of the product.

In the event of a problem noted on the parcels (damaged cardboard, fractured parcel, missing or damaged products...), the customer will carry all the corresponding reservations noted on the delivery receipt, will also have the delivery receipt signed by the carrier and will keep a copy of the document. (In case of digital support the customer can make a photo of the reserves written on the device). These reservations, in particular the description of the dispute product by product and/or package by package, must be very precise, detailed description of the defect(s) observed, to be taken into account. For example, the statements, subject to unpacking or damaged packages are not acceptable.

Whatever the mode of transport chosen by the Buyer, the products travel at the risk and peril of the Buyer and/or the consignee to whom it is incumbent, in the event of damage or missing goods, to make all necessary observations and to confirm its reservations by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier, within three days of receipt of the goods. In the event of delay and/or damage in addition to the issue of these reservations, it is up to the Buyer to exercise any necessary recourse against the carrier. The Buyer shall also inform BiO 2i. BiO 2i shall never be held responsible for the loss of the goods by the carrier, nor for the delay in making them available, nor for any storage or re-delivery costs resulting from a refusal of delivery by the Buyer, or from a road system that does not allow access to the delivery point, or from the lack of accessibility of the premises that are to receive the equipment.

In the event of a delivery that does not conform in quality or quantity, the customer must inform BiO 2i "" by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: 5 rue du Marais du Leu, 59273 Fretin, within a maximum of 72 hours. A duplicate should be sent by e-mail to, so that the insurance companies can apply their guarantees, except in the case of application of article L.121-105 of the consumer code.

Property reserve

It is agreed that the goods delivered and invoiced to the customer remain the property of BiO 2i "" until the complete payment of the article in application of the law n°80-335 of May 12, 1980 and of the articles 115 paragraphs 2 and 122 of the law n°85-98 of January 25, 1985.

The sale is concluded with reservation of ownership. The transfer of ownership only occurs after full payment of the price. The non-payment authorizes BiO 2i "" to claim ownership of the goods.
